A Splash Of Color

You may start noticing which color dominates my closet.  Gray is one of my favorite colors since it pretty much goes with anything!  Yet there are times when I feel a bit blah when I'm covered in gray.  So today I decided to add a splash of color.  These beautiful turquoise boot cuffs were a Christmas gift from my mom and dad.  My mom discovered this lady's amazing work via Facebook.  I'm so glad she did too because I will be ordering more!

Aloe Blacc is on the radar today as a rising musician bound for fame.  His voice is remarkable and the hits keep coming!  His most recognizable song, "Wake Me Up,"  was released just last year with the collaboration of Swedish DJ Avicci.




"The Man" is featured in the latest commercial for Beats X by Dre featuring Colin Kaepernick.  While it pains me to share a video that has Kaepernick in it, as well as the hidden (or not so hidden) feud of Seahawk fans, it showcases the voice of Aloe Blacc.  GO SEAHAWKS!!!
