Winter Wardrobe Blues

While we didn't make it up to the mountain to ski this weekend due to high winds and my little guy having strep, we did manage to get a lot done!  What I normally tackle on a Monday morning has already been crossed off the list.  This can only mean one thing...it's blogging time!  I haven't had a chance to sit down at my computer much going into the new year but it's time to jump back in!



To get this Monday up and running I made a delicious smoothie!  I know the green may be throwing you off, but this smoothie tastes amazing!  This has one cup of frozen blueberries, one cup of frozen mangos, one banana, one cup of fresh spinach, teaspoon of flax seed, teaspoon of chia seeds, scoop of protein, a little bit of raw honey, a dash of cinnamon, about two cups of coconut milk, and a cup of ice cubes.  I mix this all in my Ninja blender.  This makes two larger servings so I pour this into two different containers, one for a mid morning snack and one for my afternoon snack.  I don't think I could get through a day without this delicious drink!  

Now onto blogging!

Dressing for winter can get old really quick!  After a short time, I find myself tired of wearing jeans and wishing I could wear more dresses and skirts.  Thank goodness for leggings and boots!  Every day this week I will be posting a new outfit to help inspire and shake the winter wardrobe blues.
